LA JOLLA, Calif. – PacWest Conference Tournament Champion and sixth seeded Hawai'i Pacific University will play Friday at 9 a.m. HST (Noon PDT) in the quarterfinal round of NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Championship at the UC San Diego's RIMAC Arena. Tipoff times and ticket prices for the event have been announced.
 
The Sharks (23-8) contest against third seeded No. 8 ranked Alaska Anchorage (28-2) is the first game on the slate on Friday. Following the HPU-UAA contest is No. 5 Northwest Nazarene (28-2), the second seed, against Humboldt State (19-7), the fifth seed, at 11:30 a.m. HST (2:30 p.m. PDT). The evening session starts with the tournament's top seed, No. 2 UC San Diego (29-0) hosting eighth seed Dominican (Calif.) (21-6) at 2 p.m. HST (5 p.m. PDT), and ends with No. 24 Azusa Pacific (25-5), the fourth seed, against fifth seed Cal Poly Pomona (25-5) at 4:30 p.m. HST (7:30 p.m. PDT)
 
The semifinals are set for Saturday with the HPU/UAA winner meeting the NNU/HSU winner at 3 p.m. HST (5 p.m. PST), and the UCSD/DUC winner facing the APU/CPP winner at 5:30 p.m HST (7:30 p.m. PST). The regional championship game is Monday, March 18 at 4 p.m. HST (7 p.m. PDT).
 
Tickets may be purchased at the door with general admission tickets $10 for adults, $5 for youth and senior citizens, and children under 2 free. A limited number of reserved courtside seats are available for $20 per session. Parking is available in Hopkins Garage, adjacent to RIMAC Arena.  A daily charge is required on Friday and Monday.  Parking is free on Saturdays throughout the UC San Diego campus.
