SIOUX FALLS, SD – The National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association dropped their 2023 Preseason Coaches' Poll with National Champion Baylor headlining the list.
 
The 2022 Champion Baylor Bears took 32 out of 33 first-place votes in the poll this year and collected 494 total points.
 
HPU scored 179 points in the voting ranking them ninth to begin the season. Last season the Sharks claimed a runner-up finish in the Quad Pass at the NCATA Event Finals the highest finish of the event for the squad.
 
The Sharks kick off their season with East Stroudsburg on March 5 at the Shark Tank. HPU will also host powerhouse and No. 1 Baylor for their last meet of the season on April 9.
