Kailua, HI – The Hawai'i Pacific University men's tennis team faced a challenging match against the University of Nevada, falling 7-0 on Wednesday. Despite showing moments of resilience, the Sharks were unable to secure a point against a strong Wolf Pack lineup.

Doubles:
- At No. 1 doubles, Jakub Beran and Mile Matic battled but fell 6-2 to Lucas Hammond and Rayen Hermassi.
- The No. 3 pairing of Adam Vasir and Jon William Karlstad also faced a tough challenge, losing 6-1 to Paul Theate and Maxime Contet. The No. 2 doubles match was left unfinished with Finnegan Heber and Yannick Heitzberg trailing 4-3.
Singles:
- At the No. 1 position, Jakub Beran pushed Youssef Kadiri to a super tiebreak, ultimately losing 4-6, 6-0,
- Mile Matic at No. 2 fought hard in a straight-sets loss, 6-2, 7-5, to Lucas Hammond.
- The No. 4 match saw Finnegan Heber take a set off Remy Tregoures but ultimately fall 6-2, 3-6, 6-3.
While the Sharks showed grit and determination, the Wolf Pack's depth proved decisive. HPU will look to regroup and refocus as they prepare for their next match.
