Downey, CA – The Hawai'i Pacific University women's golf team competed at the LA Spring Kickoff at Rio Hondo Golf Club, facing a competitive field on the 5,919-yard, par-71 course.

HPU Highlights:

• Giuliana Rovetti led the Sharks with a +4 (75) finish, securing a T-37 placement.
• Lily Landt carded a +6 (77), finishing T-34.
• Clarissa Burhan also recorded a +6 (77), placing T-56.
• Shuiyun He and Kami Kwong finished with 81 and 82, respectively.
• Paige Layaoen rounded out HPU's scoring with a 90 (+19).

The Sharks will look to build on this performance as they prepare for their next tournament.
