DUPONT, Wash. - Hawai'i Pacific University's women's golf team finished strong to land in 6th place at the Bob Grisham Memorial Shootout.
The Sharks were led by senior
Shuiyun He, who collected five birdies during the two-round tournament.Â
The Sharks team as a whole showed a marked improvement from the first day, taking off eight strokes in the second round to finish 15 over par with a team score of 614.Â
The Sharks will return to the greens this Monday, Sept. 29, as they compete in the 2025 RCA Electric Invitational, hosted by Menlo University at the Quail Lodge Golf Resort in Carmel, Calif. That tournament will be three rounds across two days, with 36 holes scheduled for the first day.
