Biography

Chase Brooks joins the Sharks from Prosper Walnut Grove High School in Prosper, Texas. The 6-foot-1 point guard is pursuing a degree in Psychology at Hawai?i Pacific.

Brooks played under head coach Jakeob Garner and established himself as one of the top guards in his district. During his prep career, he earned Newcomer of the Year honors before being named Second Team All-District and later First Team All-District. He also received multiple All-Tournament Team selections, showcasing his leadership and playmaking ability.

Brooks chose HPU to continue his academic and basketball career while embracing a new opportunity. Away from the court, he enjoys building Legos, gaming, helping others, swimming, and exploring new places. Looking ahead, he hopes to become a therapist and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
