Jackson Rosenthal is a first baseman and outfielder from Ashland, Oregon. He joins Hawai?i Pacific after playing baseball at Lassen College under head coach Frank Avilla, where he competed at first base and earned Second Team All-Conference honors.

Rosenthal graduated from Ashland High School, where he earned three varsity letters in baseball and played third base, first base and second base under head coaches Nicholas Hall and Jerrold Rountree. He was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection and earned both Honorable Mention All-State and Second Team All-State recognition.

Rosenthal enjoys golfing, working out, hiking and bowling. His favorite foods include sushi, pizza and sandwiches, while his favorite movies are Spider-Man, Shutter Island and The Hangover. He enjoys listening to Drake, Don Toliver and Larry June, and his favorite athletes are Pete Crow-Armstrong and Ken Griffey Jr. In 10 years, Rosenthal hopes to be a front office executive for an MLB team. He chose HPU because of the coaching staff's commitment to winning and helping him develop both as a player and a person.
