Hawaii Pacific University Athletics

Karter Wong is an outfielder and first baseman from Honolulu, Hawai?i. Prior to joining Hawai?i Pacific, Wong attended Mission College, Grand Canyon University, West Valley College and Queens University of Charlotte. He competed in baseball as an outfielder and earned Honor Roll recognition.

Wong graduated from Mid-Pacific Institute in Honolulu, where he played baseball under head coach Dunn Muramaru. During his high school career, he earned First Team ILH and All-State honors and was named to the Dean's List.

Wong enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with friends. His favorite foods include poke, steak and sushi, while his favorite movie is Whiplash. He listens to Morgan Wallen, Drake, Linkin Park and Alice in Chains, and his favorite athletes are Max Holloway, Buster Posey and Cameron Young. He chose HPU for the opportunity to play in front of family and friends and represent his home on his jersey.
