Kekoa Grinton is a utility player from Vacaville, California. He graduated from Vanden High School in Fairfield, California, where he earned three varsity letters in baseball under head coach Jonathan Ray. Grinton earned First Team All-League honors in both 2025 and 2026.

Grinton enjoys playing video games, running and working out. His favorite foods include steak, chicken, rice and Hawaiian food, while his favorite movies include Elf, Home Alone, Cars and Disney movies. He listens to J Boog and Drake, and his favorite athletes are Pete Crow-Armstrong, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant.
