Biography
Personal: Born in Gary, Indiana…nickname is “J-Jo”…mother is Melva…has one sister and two brothers; Moriah, Lewis, and Ronnie…his hobbies include helping others, learning and growing…favorite food is fried chicken…favorite movies are Scar Face, Matrix, Super Fly, Willie Dynamite, Boyz n the Hood, Malcolm X, and The Hangover…favorite artists are Jay-Z, Young Jeezy, John Legend, Nas, T.I., Kanye West, 2Pac, Future, Silent C, Duzy, Curtis Mayfield, and Sounds of Blackness…favorite athletes are Michael Jordan, Allen Iverson, Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, Emmit Smith, and Michael Vick…chose HPU for “The opportunity to be in a totally different environment, around a very diverse society, and I love to learn about different cultures so what better place to start then HPU”…in 10 years Jason would like to be known nationwide for his TV talk show…he is currently majoring in Communications.
Prior to HPU: Graduated from Clay High School in South Bend, Indiana…there he played basketball, as guard…he earned the Leadership Award…Jason also attended Lincoln Trail College…there he played basketball, as guard, under Coach Kevin Emmerick…he earned 1st Team All-Conference, President Academic Awards, and was on the Dean’s list.
HPU: 2012-2013: Begins first season.
