Hawaii Pacific University Athletics

Marino Dubravcic joins the Sharks after competing at both Baylor University and the University of Northern Iowa. The 6-foot-10 forward from Otocac, Croatia is pursuing a degree in Communication at Hawai?i Pacific.

Dubravcic developed his game in Croatia before attending Obrtno-Tehnicka Škola Split. He also represented Croatia on the national stage as a member of the Croatian U18 and U20 National Teams. After beginning his collegiate career at Baylor University under head coach Scott Drew, he continued at the University of Northern Iowa under head coach Ben Jacobson before joining HPU.

Dubravcic chose HPU because of the program's growing, winning culture and the opportunity to help make history alongside both returning players and newcomers. Away from the court, he enjoys building Legos, cars, traveling, and photography and videography. In the future, he hopes to own his own business, build a loving family, and travel the world.
