Although leading, HPU wasn't able to pull away until the 9:23 mark of the first half when a Taiyande Huskey basket made it a 23-13 lead for the Sea Warriors. Mana Hopkins hit a pair of free throws late in the half to send HPU to the break leading 39-21. HPU's lead grew to as many as 36 in the second half before winning 78-44.

Hopkins earned her ninth double double of the season with 19 points and 12 rebounds.
