Box Score SEATTLE (September 12, 2015)—In what HPU women's volleyball coach
Daryl Kapis called a machine-like effort, senior outside hitter
Elizabeth Culpepper racked up a match-high 17 kills and hit .326 as the Sharks swept host Seattle Pacific 25-20, 25-13, 25-21 to wrap up the three-day Great Northwest Athletic Conference/PacWest Crossover Tournament at Brougham Pavilion.
Culpepper also collected 13 digs and a solo block as HPU improved to 5-3 on the season—all of the team's wins in 2015 have come via sweep. Fellow hitters

The Sharks also received 7 kills from freshman middle blocker
Jacqueline Wolfe, who hit .545 on the night. Sophomore setter
Tenika Wentworth racked up a match-leading 46 assists and also accumulated 15 digs in the contest.
"The hardest thing in volleyball is to beat someone in three on their home court," said Kapis. "We played exceptionally well against a good young team.
Elizabeth Culpepper was a machine tonight and I couldn't be more proud of her effort this week. We look forward to conference play starting on Friday."
The Falcons (2-6) received 8 kills from Dani Johnson, while teammate Breanne Wiekamp picked up a match-high 22 digs.
HPU returns home to open PacWest Conference action on Friday, Sept. 18 when it hosts Concordia (Calif.) University at 7 p.m. at St. Andrew's Priory.
