Callie Rheaume is the PacWest Conference Freshman of the Week as announced Monday by the conference office.
Rheaume, a freshman from Camas, Wash./Camas, scored her first two goals of the season last week in the Sharks 3-2 loss at Concordia Irvine. Rheaume scored the only goals for the Sharks last week. She got the two goals
In pairing the two goals with the five assists she has collected this season, Rheaume has nine points for the season – third on the team. She has started all 15 contests for the Sharks who are 7-7-1 overall and 4-5 in PacWest play.
Joining Rheaume with the weekly honors are Point Loma's Julia Glaser as PacWest Player of the Week and PLNU's Lauren O'Malley as PacWest Defender of the Week.
The Sharks are idle this week before host the final two games of the season next week, starting on Veterans' Day, Monday, Nov. 11. HPU takes on Academy of Art in a 4:30 p.m. match at Waipio Peninsula Soccer Stadium.
