Women's Golf Finish 7th at Bay Area Invitational

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Hawaii Pacific University women's golf team opened up their spring season at the Bay Area Invitational with a seventh-place finish of 320 total (+32).

Lily Landt fired a 7-over 79 on the day with one birdie and 10 pars to finish the first event of the year T-20.

Cal State East Bay took the team win with a 14-over 302, followed by Cal State LA (307), Holy Names (308), Chico State (315), Academy of Art (318), and Sonoma State (319).

Hawaii Pacific Kameron Kwong and Shuiyun He both carded an 8-over and finished T-26 place. Also competing for the Sharks were Clarissa Burhan (81, T30th) and Kellie Yamane (82, T-36).

Kristen Linder (84, T-40th) and Megan Marty (87, T-46th) are competing as individuals.
