Biography

Presley Gibson joins the Sharks from Kapolei High School in Kapolei, Hawai?i. The 6-foot-2 middle blocker is pursuing a degree in Public Health at Hawai?i Pacific.

Gibson played middle blocker under head coach Naidah Gamurot and helped lead Kapolei High School to an OIA Division II Championship. She also earned Second Team All-State honors, establishing herself as one of the state's top front-row players.

Gibson chose HPU because it gave her the opportunity to stay home, continue playing volleyball, and remain close to her family. Away from the court, she enjoys hiking, shell collecting, and spending time at the beach with friends. Looking ahead, she hopes to become a physical therapist and help injured athletes here in Hawai?i.
