Biography

Alohalani Chun is a versatile outside hitter, middle blocker, and opposite from Wailuku, Hawai?i, who transfers to Hawai?i Pacific from Seattle University. She competed as an outside hitter during her collegiate career at Seattle.

Chun graduated from Kamehameha Schools Kapalama, where she helped lead the Warriors to back-to-back state championships under head coach Chris Blake while competing as a middle blocker.

Chun enjoys surfing and spending time outdoors. Her favorite food is an açaí bowl, and her favorite movies are Bolt and Twilight. She enjoys listening to all genres of music. She chose HPU to return home and continue her academic and volleyball career. In 10 years, she hopes to be successful and healthy. She is the daughter of Wayne and Angela Chun and has one brother, Keomaikalani.
