Leilani Yanuaria joins the Sharks from West High School in Torrance, California. The 5-foot-10 outside hitter/opposite hitter is pursuing a degree in Biology at Hawai?i Pacific.

Yanuaria competed in both indoor and beach volleyball during her prep career under head coach Tessa Hamermesh. She earned West Torrance Girls Varsity Volleyball MVP honors in 2024 and 2025 while also being named First Team All-Pioneer League in 2025 and Second Team All-Pioneer League in 2024.

Yanuaria brings a strong all-around game to the Sharks after an accomplished high school career. Away from the court, she enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and spending time with friends. She looks forward to continuing her academic and athletic journey at HPU while making an impact on the volleyball program.
