Biography

Personal: Born In Los Angeles...parents are Michael and Nancy Macias...hobbies are reading, and playing beach volleyball...enjoys listening to all types of music...favorites are sushi, movie The Blind Side, and athlete Mia Hamm...in 10 years she would like to be an athletic trainer working for a collegiate or professional team...chose HPU for the opportunity to play collegiatley in Hawai'i.

Prior To HPU: Graduated and played at Los Altos High School in Los Angeles...lettered for four seasons...named First-Team All-League in 2007 and 2008...guided her team to a League Title in 2008...In 2009 her team won the CIF title...also played at San Gabriel Elite Volleyball Club.

HPU: 2011- Begins second season. 2010- Redshirted.
