Carter Jones adds strength and maturity behind the plate for Hawai‘i Pacific after competing at three collegiate programs — Yuba College, Folsom Lake College, and Ohlone College — where he earned First Team All-BVC honors. A Branham High School product, Jones developed as a catcher under coach Tony Pianto before continuing his career at the JUCO level and ultimately making his way to HPU.

Born in San Jose and raised in California, Carter chose the Sharks to continue playing baseball while pursuing a Criminal Justice degree. When he's not on the field, he enjoys gaming, music, and the simple greatness of pizza.
