Tyler Arnold joins the Sharks as a power-bat corner infielder with a competitive background in one of California’s most respected baseball regions. A product of Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego, Arnold excelled under Head Coach Jeff Baumbach — earning MVP honors along with two Pitcher of the Year selections while contributing on both sides of the field as a third baseman, first baseman, and on the mound.

Drawn to Hawai‘i Pacific for its location, coaching staff, and welcoming program culture, Arnold looks to make an immediate impact within the HPU lineup as a strong offensive presence and reliable defender. Off the field, he enjoys lifting, the beach, and spending time outdoors, while working toward long-term goals in business and life beyond baseball.
