Bailey Jenkins returns to the Sharks for her second year from Milton, Washington. The 5-foot-4 base is pursuing a degree in Marine Biology at Hawai'i Pacific.

Jenkins competed on HPU's stunt team as a freshman and is in her first year on the cheer team this season, competing on both squads. She came to HPU after attending Fife High School in Fife, Washington, where she competed in cheer as a base under coach Katelyn Paloma and earned three letters. She was named Most Spirited and was an All-American nominee.

Jenkins chose HPU because it felt like home when she visited. She found everyone nice and accepting and fell in love with the environment. In her free time, she enjoys doing nails, going to the beach, reading, painting and taking pictures. Looking ahead, she hopes to have worked on coral reef health and to be settled in a nice home with her husband. She was born in Tacoma, Washington, and is the daughter of Anna and Joshua Jenkins. She has a sister, Ashlynn, and a brother, Karston.
